Principal Partner/CEO
Mr. Temitope Adejorin, is a 2009 B.Sc. Honours graduate of quantity surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a holder of a Postgraduate Diploma in Building Construction at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is professionally registered by the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria.
Mr. Adejorin is vastly experienced; having been actively involved in the construction industry, worked in contractor and client organizations in the past and presently in a consulting capacity as the CEO of MagicTouch Projects & Services Ltd. where he oversees the quantity surveying and project management departments in addition to other duties.
QS A. Olatoto

QS A. Olatoto, holds Msc degree in construction management from the University of Lagos. He is a member ofthe Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He is a partner of the firm.
Onaolapo S. Bidemi

Arc. B. Onaolapo holds Msc degree in Architecture from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect (NIA) and Architect Registration Council of Nigeria. He has been actively involved in the construction industry with high technical skills and creativity. Arc Onaolapo heads the architecture department of the firm.
Donatus I. Asariya

Engr. I.A Donatus is a 2010 graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maiduguri and holds MSc degree in Material and Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Ile-Ife. He is a corporate member of COREN and NSE. He has also been involved in many projects as client representative, consultant and in contracting capacity and heads the mechanical engineering department of the firm.
Usman A. Okehi

Mr. U. A Okehi is a 2008 graduate of Building from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi. He is professionally registered by the Council of Registered Builders of Nigerian (CORBON). He has since then been involved in supervision of building construction projects and has over time, earned a reputation in that area. Mr. Okehi is versed in building construction and heads the on-site supervisory team of our construction projects.
Ayodeji B. Odeyemi

Engr. A. B. Odeyemi is a 2011 Honours graduate of Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is COREN/NSE registered and has worked actively in many high-profile projects in both the building and engineering sectors and heads the electrical engineering department of the firm.
